The Maggiore Companies is happy to announce their latest venture, a 33 bed Alzheimer’s and Dementia care facility known as Monarch Homes Assisted Living. Partnered with David Errico, a professional with over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, Maggiore plans to develop, construct and manage up to ten facilities throughout Massachusetts over the next 3 to 5 years. The first facility will be located on Main Street in Woburn, MA. Construction is slated for April 2012.
