Paul J. Maggiore started Paul Maggiore Builders Corporation in 1974 as a one-man operation, remodeling storefronts in the Woburn area. Prior to founding PMBC, Paul graduated from Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance. Paul has been very successful over the years in both construction and real estate development. He owns and manages in excess of 1,750,000 square feet of real estate throughout Massachusetts and his portfolio is continually growing. This success has evolved through years of hard work and dedication to a field that he is very passionate about. Paul grew up in Winchester, MA and has been a resident of Winchester throughout his life. Matthew P. Maggiore has worked part time for The Maggiore Companies as a laborer and office assistant since the age of twelve. Upon graduating from Skidmore College in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Matthew went to work full time with Paul as Assistant Manager of The Maggiore Companies. He currently works as a Construction and Property Manager and is president of Maggiore Construction Corporation. He oversees tenant fit-ups on large scale commercial projects and interior condominium build outs on large scale residential projects. He also manages Maggiore’s Woburn, Burlington, Andover, Newton and Boston property portfolio. Matthew grew up in Medford, MA and has been a resident of Woburn, MA for two years. |
