The Maggiore Companies’ construction arm, Maggiore Construction Corporation, performs ground out projects, renovations, facility expansions, and interior build-outs, as part of its general construction function, working with clients and their architects. Our projects range from $100,000.00 to $20,000,000.00 in value.

Paul Maggiore Builders Corporation, founded in 1974, was originally created to construct buildings for Maggiore’s real estate portfolio. The company expanded over the years to include commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, medical, automotive and retail projects for various clients.

Maggiore Construction Corporation was originally formed as the special projects division of the Maggiore Companies, to focus on the construction of new tenant spaces in Maggiore owned facilities and interior rehabilitation projects for Maggiore’s manufacturing and distribution clients. Currently, it performs the majority of our construction projects.
